WELCOME
Kiantone, New York is a town in Chautauqua County, New York.
As of the 2010 census, the town has a total population of 1,350.
The town has a total area of 18.5 square miles, of which 18.5 square miles of it
is land and 0.1 square miles of it is water.
The south town line is the border with Pennsylvania (Warren County). To
the east is the Town of Carroll, and to the west is the Town of Busti. To
the North is the City of Jamestown and the Town of Ellicott.
The Town of Kiantone
is located in Chautauqua County and is governed by a Town Board.
The Town Court operates with two Justices and one Court Clerk. The Justices have
jurisdiction over vehicle and traffic, criminal, civil, and small claims cases
brought before the Court. Their principal duties involve adjudicating
legal matters within the Court's jurisdiction and administering moneys from
fines, bails, surcharges, civil fees, and restitution.
